Description

The Cleveland FK08165 Steamer Element converts electrical energy into heat to raise the temperature of water, creating steam required for commercial cooking operations. Operating at 12000W on 208/220V power with a 2-1/4-inch OC mounting configuration, it transfers heat directly into the water chamber during each heating cycle to maintain steam production. This element is installed inside compatible commercial steamers as part of the heating assembly that supports steam generation for food preparation.
