Description

The Sporlan FBV-1/4C Expansion Valve is one that controls the flow of the refrigerant according to the temperature and pressure changes in the system, which enables it to expand when necessary. It regulates the amount of refrigerant fed into the evaporator in order to ensure a uniform system operation and control of cooling cycles. It is a valve intended to fit in copper pipes, with a 1/4 id inlet and 3/8 id outlet, so it can fit in the refrigeration or air conditioning line set where it has to be able to modulate flow to a fine degree.
