The Lang 2T30402-27 Thermostat is used in different cooking equipment to maintain the temperature at the desired level. This bulb has a 3/16" x 11-5/8" size and a 48" capillary, and operates from 100°F to 450°F. This thermostat is compatible with Lang broilers and griddles, and with several ovens such as the ECO and ECCO series.
