The Lang 30402-27 Thermostat with Vertical Bracket and Flat Down Bulb is used in many kitchen equipment such as ovens, griddles, and broilers. It has a 3/16” x 11-5/8” bulb and 48” cap, and it is used in temperature ranges of 100°F to 450°F. This thermostat is suitable for Lang #22-1278, Montague Griddles, Lang Broilers, and some Lang Ovens such as ECO and EHS-C series.
