Description

The Royal Range 3113 Oven Thermostat RX senses the heat change in the capillary tube and controls the gas flow to keep the system at the desired temperature. The thermostat is used to control the internal temperature changes and to switch the heating system on and off during cooking. It is mounted within a commercial oven assembly with the sensing bulb placed in the heating chamber and the control section connected to the gas control system of the oven. It is a 3/8" x 5" capillary tube, 36" long, which is compatible with oven equipment that requires this specification.
